As part of the “Path of Happiness” holistic health programme at the Goldener Berg Hotel, exercise plays a crucial role. Apart from relaxation and recreation the enhancement of your stamina is also one of the keystones of a healthy life.
Your personal fitness trainer
Especially after a long no-work-out period it’s hard to get going again and find a sportive rhythm. A tiny push from the personal trainer is sometimes enough to get back in shape. Our fitness instructors are all well trained trained.
A lactate test is also recommended for already enthusiastic sportsmen and women; as is a consulting talk with the personal trainer in order to enhance the work-out.

With your fitness instructor accompanying you here and there you will learn to enjoy a good work-out again.
Your Goldener Berg Hotel is located at 1,650 metres above sea level – benefit from the effects of a high altitude work-out! Nature’s virtue will wake your inner powers and you will be amazed by your successes and progresses!
Your work-out programme focuses on the metabolism: With the stretching and metabolism work-out you will gently develop and build your muscles.
Movement and exercises often start very slowly: start with small steps, take a hike through the wonderful natural environment in Oberlech, walk with poles or start with a small jogging round – every little effort leads to big successes.
Our instructor will gladly accompany you on your way to a fitter way of life: maybe on the trampoline, on the Galileo gym machines or during a mountain bike tour on the surrounding mountains.
