Grilling doesn’t need summer, as long it’s sunny.
Many of our guests fondly remember the view from the sun-terrace at Goldener Berg and the sensational panoramic view across the surrounding peaks. For some time now they might also remember a distinct scent: when our open-air grill becomes the center of attention for hungry skiers.
1.706 Meters above sea level you can enjoy spice steaks, grilled „to perfection“, tender chicken and crisp vegetables, all in the best quality available from local organic farmers. And in case you suffer from an allergy: just tell our stuff, they will tickle your palate with something delicious.
We figured: it simply doesn’t make sense to give up grilling in winter. So you are in good hands on the terrace at Goldener Berg: our grill chef will prepare your order, accompanied by fresh salads an home-made sauces – finely seasoned and stylishly plated. And as a side, you’ll be overwhelmed by a unique panoramic view. There’s certain things money just can’t buy. But you can make a reservation.
A day that starts here is bound to be a good day
In the morning, you’ll take your breakfast on a sunny terrace. And were it not for the pistes starting right by Goldener Berg and the countless, magnificent trails – there wouldn’t be a good reason to leave in the first place. But there’s cause for joy: when you come back after an exiting winter day, your table is set. So, one thing left to decide: will you go for a steak or do you prefer a gourmet menu? Or maybe you would like to try a few of our typically Austrian “Schmankerl”? And there is the real skiers’ Dishes, including our signature “Goldener Burger” or the sweet and seductive “Kaiserschmarrn”.
